Join a Collaborative
How it Works
Each Peer Collaborative is an ongoing, professionally facilitated group built around a shared life experience. Members join with a three-month initial commitment, which provides the structure, consistency, and safety needed for meaningful connection and growth.
After the first three months, members are welcome to continue as long as the group remains a good fit. Because the community is ongoing, there’s no abrupt ending—just steady connection and space to keep learning, reflecting, and growing alongside others who understand.
Our open-enrollment model allows new members to join throughout the year. This creates a healthy mix of fresh perspectives and steady voices, with facilitators guiding the process to ensure the group remains grounded, supportive, and cohesive.
What to Expect
Weekly 60-90-minute meetings
Groups of 8-10 members
Skilled facilitation for safety, depth, and consistency
A blend of reflection, shared experience, and guided conversation
Space to stay beyond the initial commitment if it continues to serve you
The result is a community that feels both structured and alive, giving people the time, support, and continuity they need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
